Wakefern question...Where do i find this spot?

Hello, 

I need to make the case upc, show a different number than it does.  Problem is, i dont find this spot using 1WS. I am wondering, could it be something that is in wakeferns portal? 

This is what i was shown. 

When i go to where i thought i would find that number...i find the correct number i want to make it? 

PLUS, THIS UPC THAT IS HIGHLIGHTED, IS NOT ONE OF THE COMPONENTS OF THE DISPLAY.

When publishing to Wakefern, we always recommend adding the appropriate playlists on all levels of your hierarchies to make sure the retailer's requirements are met. For example, on the Display level, with the Wakefern Foods playlist, you have the following warnings:

On top of solving these, we recommend updating the GTIN for Point of Sale attribute to GTIN 14 and adding the Display number instead of the Each for the information to show up correctly in the Wakefern systems:

The GTIN for Point of Sale is fine on the Each, and the playlist is already added, so you are good to go there.

If you also intend to publish the Pallet level to Wakefern, then please also add the Wakefern playlist there, solve the same warnings that also come up on the Display and also update the GTIN for Point of Sale information to GTIN 14 and the actual Pallet number. For more details about adding and using playlists, we have a video here: 1WorldSync Playlists Video.

Also, at the moment of writing this, I do not see the Display or the Pallet published to Wakefern, so, after making the updates, please Publish the intended level as needed. If the information does not update on the Wakefern side after two or three hours after publishing, please go to Publications - Manage Publications - and Republish either the Display or Pallet as New. For more details about Republishing in Item Management.

So, wait, are you saying you don't see that the pallet / display pallet was published?  This is a display pallet, so i have it as DS, and then the eaches of each bag amounts on it.

I'm kind of confused really? Like you said, i think i did the playlist on each level.

Yes, that is correct. I checked GLN 0613008000004.

I also checked the Worklist but could not find the Pallet or Display there recently, so the publications were withdrawn more than 3 months ago.

The details in my post above apply regarding the next steps and how to get the hierarchy synchronized with and the desired information updated for Wakefern. Thank you!

that's what i was saying..those numbers they gave, aren't included with the display pallet. so i didn't know where they came from.

Hi @jackieb and thanks for the additional information. If Wakefern is not provided the GTIN for Point of Sale information correctly from Item Management, they their systems may pull the information from other sources or already existing items, hence the discrepancy you are noticing in their systems.

Adding GTIN 14 for GTIN for Point of Sale Type Code and the actual item ID/ GTIN for the GTIN for Point of Sale and republishing should take care of the issue. Thanks.
