What do we do if we have a GTIN stuck in "in progress". As far as I can tell it has been in that status for years. It is actually an incorrect GTIN and we are trying to change the name on it so we know its an error item but we can't do anything because its "in progress". For years. How do we end that?

Good afternoon. I am happy to take a look at that if you would like to private message me the GTIN unless you are ok adding it here. We could remove the GTIN altogether for you if that would help. Please let me know.
