I do not see the export data button at the top? Any reasons why this might be?  Thanks

Good afternoon.  When you perform an item search in Enhanced IM, you can place a checkmark in the block next to the GTIN you would like to export.  You will see then, just above those results, the export and other options that were previously greyed out are now active for selection.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your response. After selecting items in IM, above those results, the "export button" does not exist?

(I can only see 'Clone' and 'Sales Slick' which are grayed out)

Any ideas why the export icon/button is missing? Thanks
