Hi - I am trying to publish/republish items to Shamrock Foods and it appears the publications are not going through to them. I did reach out directly to Shamrock and the subscription is in place. I know they have switched data pool providers - has their new data pool provider been updated in the registry?

ok, thanks, see that now. I was trying to get to a report showing all rejected from them. I will get this escalated and let you know

Hi - circling back on this topic. This issue is still on-going. I am unable to remove the Shamrock publications that have been rejected. Is there a solution on my end that I can manually purge them? Plus I am also seeing this same situation for another recipient.

Hello, can you tell me what Shamrock sees on their side for the rejected items? Have they mentioned whether they can change the items from rejected on their end?

Not sure if they would be able to see these publications since they switched data pool providers. The rejected publications are from their previous data pool provider.

Yes, that is correct, they were rejected when they left 1WS but when they registered with their new dp, I am wondering if they could reject them. If not, have you tried republishing them to override the rejections and previous publications? Repub via Manage Publications?
