Review Message

I'm still getting the following review message, even after changing the nutrient information.  I'm also getting a "Change By Refresh Message" and am unsure how to do that.

Hello @ManSpecFoods and thank you for the follow-up.

Once a retailer finds the submitted information (or updates to a previously sent item) correct and sufficient, they will usually update the CIC Status to Synchronized instead of Review. The Synchronized Status update marks the item as fully set up for that retailer.

Please let us know if you encounter other issues for this request and we would be delighted to assist further. Thanks!

Kilo Becquerel or Kilobecquerel is used to measure radioactivity, which refers to the amount of ionizing radiation released when an element (such as uranium) spontaneously emits energy as a result of the radioactive decay (or disintegration) of an unstable atom.

To measure energy, you can use calories (more commonly) or joules, please.

Please let us know if this helped or if we may assist further for this request. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Hello @ManSpecFoods and thank you for the GTIN provided.

For Performance Food Group you can make any required item updates and Save, (Re)Publishing is not necessary. The Review message is dating from March 27th, as that was the most recent item sync with Performance Food Group:

For more details about the GS1 product image guidelines, you can find the File Naming section (3.1.5) of their guide here: GS1 Product Image Specifications Standard. Please make sure images on all hierarchy levels follow the standards.

For more details about the '2Q' error, Dan's post here will be very useful: https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/Ask-A-Question-for-Item/Item-Review-Request/m-p/17592/highlight/...

It may take some time for the retailer to review the submitted update, once you have made the requested changes to the item.

Please let us know if the issue persists after updating the item and we would be delighted to have another look if needed. Thanks!

You mention that it may take time for the retailer to review the submitted update.  If they review and approve, will that review message just fall off on my end?  If not, how will I know the change has been accepted?

Good morning.  I'm still having an issue with the "Attribute value must be in list - '2Q' is not in choice list" message.  I have been able to fix all other items that had that issue but GTIN 00815216018202 looks to be set up correctly.  Can you help me find the issue on this particular product?
