Remove image in Product Introduction

I originally uploaded a picture for my item in IM and after it was published I went to Product Information to finish completing the set up for Kroger and unfortunately the picture doesn't come up, it looks like the attached. I tried to remove it but can't find a way to do it. I went to IM to remove it from there and after republishing it with no picture, I went back to PI to try to add it there but the "image" is still there.
