Good morning team!
I am trying to clean up Error Messages and I was wondering what is the best way to deal with "Rejected Items" messages.
Wakefern doesn't state why they were rejected and Walmart just states that a matching item was not found in their system (please see attached).
Also, there still appears a synchronization error (see attached) for the Dollar General which I have addressed and republished to them, but it still appears as not being synchronized.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @nancyVigo and welcome back.
For Wakefern, we can only assume what caused the rejection and you can look at what we have about troubleshooting their CIC responses Wakefern CIC Responses - How To Troubleshoot but ultimately, you would need to confirm the cause with Wakefern and then republish the item.
For Walmart, you would need to check if the item was published as initial load by mistake, if it was meant to be published as new and republish it as new if needed https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/IM-Knowledge-Troubleshooting/Republishing-in-Item-Management/ta-...
For the Dollar General Corporation, you might need to republish it as well as I can see that you took care of the cause of the publication failure related to the Data Carrier Type Code even if just to get a new response, if something else is causing the publication to fail.
Thank you and have a great day.

@alien, thanks for the prompt response!
I have republished the item to Dollar General, but it apparently did not solve the issue.
I will follow up with Wakefern and Walmart as I check out your suggestions!
Have a great day!
