Registration Attempt Error

I added a new GTIN yesterday and link the children.  The add message came back ok & so did the links. I can see the item in IM.  However, I am not seeing the registration message come back.  Looked in the worklist tab and found a registration attempt error.  I am pretty sure without the registration going through sucessfully, that I will have an issue trying to publish to the retailer. What do I need to do here? Attached are some screen shots of what I loaded yesterday.

Hello,

I did send the request to the Global Registry but it looks like the registration response has come in

Hi Karen, Welcome back to our online community!

I can see that we will need to send this back up to the Global Registry. We need to confirm whether or not they registered the GTIN. I have sent a note to confirm this piece and I will escalate to correct. Once we know whether or not the GR has registered the GTIN, then we will know how to send it back.

We will send it back as either as a New item or we will do a correction since it's registered already.

I will respond here when the GR confirms and then I will get the item registered properly.
