End Availability Date Error

Why would we receive an End Availability Date Time must be current or future datedREVIEW message from a Trading Partner on an item that was discontinued for 9 months?

The Start Availability date was July 24, 2018.  The End Availity and Discontinued dates are both set as April 16, 2024.

Everything I'm seeing about this error message indicates this happens when the Availability Date is after the Discontinuation Date, however, that is not true with these items.

The message you received occurred because the item was still published to the other three retailers. When a small change is made, it can automatically trigger a response for discontinued items, including the one you received.

I noticed that you have removed the existing publications, which is great. As a result, you should not receive any further notifications.
