I have received the following two error codes for case GTIN: 10793760129797 and each: 00793760129790.
This keeps happening with all Kroger items I attempt to upload.

I can see the hierarchy for your Case 10793760129797 is currently validating successfully, however this seems to be a new item for Kroger, but it was set up as Current instead of New and is also missing an Item Submission Reason Code.
To fix the publication type issue, please Republish the Case as New (instead of Initial Load) from Item Management. For more details, you can follow the steps in this article: Republishing in Item Management.
The Kroger Item Submission Reason Code can be added close to the bottom of the Hierarchy Data Page here:
This needs to most likely be either Division Request or New Item and can be confirmed by your Kroger buyer or category manager.
