I am so incredibly frustrated. I have 4 items that have been flagged by Kroger as having no images. When I log in, there are images. I then go over to the Product Introduction side and the images are there. Then once I submit, I am getting the below error. I do not know how to fix it and Kroger doesn't know how to help. How do I fix this? Thank you.

10022415569122:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:VENDOR TO RESUBMIT|There is an issue with one or more image provided. 00022415569125 (1WS/FRONT/TRANSPARENT) The Image URL you provided , is not a valid 1WorldSync URL.

@CommunityJedi I just submitted 10022415569146 from Product Introduction and got the same image error. I cannot get them to sync to PI from IM. I am going to call the tech support number after lunch. Thank you all for your help!

I was able to validate and submit 10022415569146.

If you still receive this error on other GTINs after you update - please follow the instructions below:

1. Click into the 'Blank' image - and select 'Product Final Packaging Not Available' for 'Image Source'.

'Save' and 'Close'

Once I completed this step I was able to 'Validate' and 'Save and Return' and 'Submit'

GTIN 10022415569146 has been submitted to Kroger.

Thank you!! I ended up getting a response from tech support and they helped me. I got all items I needed to fix images for updated, validated and submitted. Looks like everything is syncing from IM to PI as well, so on to the next! Thank you again, all! Truly appreciate the assistance. Hopefully I don't need any more help. 🙂 Enjoy the rest of your week!

do you have to republish to kroger for the images to sync?

Hi @mvinkler, once I updated the images in Item Management, I clicked the 3 dots in the upper right and resend. I was told not to hit publish after the initial publishing. I don't know if that's 100% accurate, but it synced over into Product Introduction eventually.

@RenaeB Good morning Renae! Thank you again for your help last week. Unfortunately, of the 4 items, only 1 has an image actually showing online. ðŸ˜« I submitted all 4 the same way. How do I get these to show up?? Every time I ask my merchandising team at Kroger, they just give me the support phone number.

If there are images on your items in Product Introduction when you Submit those items and Kroger accepts the data by placing the item/hierarchy in a Complete status then your images have been relayed to Kroger successfully, however, there is a separate internal process for retailers to update their website. Please reach out to Kroger Supplier Engagement Group (SEG) at ItemMDMVIP@kroger.com or 1-844-277-6165 (US) to inquire about getting your images updated on the Kroger website.
