Is pre-prod message processing working today?  I am testing changes and none seem to be reaching pre-prod.  Last Friday (Nov. 18) it was working fine.

Hello, I am not aware of any PP processing issues like that.  Can you provide any other details or example,es we can take a look at?

Yes, Friday I sent GTIN 10014616127003 to test some content changes.  It logged in the worklist and sent back a successful message.  Today I sent the same GTIN and it did not log in the worklist or send back a response.  There are others but this one was specific to both days.

HI All,

we are experiencing same issue - communications/responses received back to us (M2M) on Friday 18 November but no messages received since then.  No responses back on Monday or Tuesday .   Please can 1WS check outbound messaging to information providers from Pre-prod ??

Hello, @LeslieH and @Food_Fiend .  I am asking our tech teams about this.  I saw a late conversation about some PP catalog responses and am trying to understand the issue and when it will be fixed.  I need to get some questions answered and will get back to you here.

hi Team,

in the past we've experienced interruptions in communications to/from our AS2 server when a change in source application affects timing - some changes involving messaging out from application via AS2 to 1WS requires us to restart AS2 to be timing after the application start time ... a synchronization issue.  Could this issue be resoved via AS2 server?

I just got confirmation from my support team that an AS2 restart takes approximately 20 minutes.   Is this an activity you have considered?

I am now seeing XML messages recieved today in worklist ... we are going to do further testing now
