2024 Pre-Prod Certs for AS2 - Effective 2.2.24

The certificate used for data encryption and signatures on as2.preprod.1worldsync.com will be changing on Friday, February 2, 2024.

We will stop all AS2 communication services on as2.preprod.1worldsync.com on 02/02/2024 at 13:00 EST.
At this time we will apply the new certificate to as2.preprod.1worldsync.com during a service outage.
We will wait one hour, until 14:00 EST, and then resume AS2 communications with the new certificate at that time.

This new certificate must be applied during the above-stated outage window.
as2.preprod.1worldsync.com certificate - to be used beginning Friday, February 2, 2024.

Please use the appropriate version and levels you need for your AS2 system.  If you have questions on which are needed, please contact your AS2 provider. 

Please Note: The new Production certs will be made available soon and will be updated on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 09:00 EST. 

 You can download the attached Pre-Production certs below.  These were updated slightly on January 24, 2024.

I'm trying to download the new pre-prod certificate and the error I'm getting is that the file is not available.

Hello @Doug and welcome to the customer community.  I am sorry you are unable to download the certs.  You might want to check with your IT team to ensure the downloading of content like this is permissible.  In the meantime, can you try via these links that require no logins?
