Updated - Important Note: The IP address when sending to us at as2.preprod.1worldsync.com is still 205.219.109.104 at this time. Please be sure to have both IP addresses allowed at this time and we will communicate when the older one is to be retired.
On February 7, 2025, we will activate the new digital certificates for Pre-Production systems. On February 21, 2025, we will activate new digital certificates for Production systems. These certificates are used for all AS2 communications to the following applications:
- Item Management (IM)
- Product Introduction (PI/VIP)
- Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Please note, the Inbound IP Address to 1WorldSync will be changing. Per the Connectivity Guide, if you are allowing the block there is nothing to be done. If you are allowing a specific address such as 205.219.109.104 or 205.219.109.110, please make sure to add 205.219.109.192 (PP) and 205.219.109.191 (PROD) going forward. Please do not remove any at this time.
If you use AS2 to communicate with any of these 1WorldSync applications, it is critical that you update the 1WorldSync public certificates on your AS2 systems on the dates/times listed below to continue synchronizing with your trading partners.
We will have a brief AS2 outage window to activate the new certificates:
Pre-Prod: The certificate used for data encryption and signatures will be updated on Friday, February 7, 2025. We will stop all AS2 communication services on as2.preprod.1worldsync.com on 02/02/2024 at 13:00 EST. At this time we will apply the new certificate during a service outage.
Production: The certificate used for data encryption and signatures will be updated on Friday, February 21, 2025. We will stop all AS2 communication services on as2.1worldsync.com on 02/21/2025 at 9:00 EST. At this time we will apply the new certificate during a service outage. We will wait one hour, until 10:00 EST, and then resume AS2 communications with the new certificate at that time. Updating the 1WorldSync certificates on your AS2 systems during these outage windows ensures uninterrupted communication with 1WorldSync and your trading partners. Failure to update the certificates on your AS2 systems will result in severed connections to 1WorldSync applications until updated.
The certificates for Production and Pre-Production are now available. The certificates are available below and in the M2M / AS2 Cert Updates knowledge article on the 1WorldSync Community Platform and below.
NOTE: This Production Cert was changed on 1.28.2025. This change deactivated the original Production Cert posted on 1.27.28. Please only use the new, revised cert below for the 2025 Production Cert updates.
Thank you,
The 1WorldSync Service Desk

Hello - I have sent this communication to our PIM solution partner who we utilize for our GDSN interface.
They mentioned they have not allowed any such IP's (205.219.109.104) in the security group. Could you please confirm that this IP has to be allowed at 1WorldSync's end?
Thanks - Lexi

Hi @lvanhouten thanks for reaching out in the Community. Do you know if they have allowed a block of IP addresses for us instead of a singular IP address? If they have allowed a block of IP addresses no action is needed, but if any singular IP address is used would need to be updated as recommended.

@JustinW- their response:
The below are the only rules we have and nothing in the 205.x.x.x range. Kindly check if these fall within the allow range of 1worldsync.
