All fields are populated still getting this error. could you please suggest if i am missing out something?

Hello, I apologize as I am not replicating that error in IM yet.  Can you tell me from which recipient you received that error?  I see it is a stand-alone Case level GTIN.

My colleague found this at the GTIN level.  Please populate this, save and let me know if it resolves.

Hello @Caroline_Lahn and thank you for using our Community.  Welcome.  I took a look at GTIN 00707704918739 and it validates successfully.  Did you already resolve the issue?
