Not able to clone item

Good afternoon team!

I am trying to clone an item, but I have not been able to.  I click on CLONE, then pick NEW ITEM and enter the new Gtin.  However, this is where it gets "stuck."

I already cloned the CASE (Gtin 10071072009755) which would be linked to the EACH I am trying to clone (Gtin 00071072009758).

@ana_neamtu, thank you so much for bringing this to my attention!  I really should not be cloning items late in the afternoon when the brain is already tired. 😉

Are you receiving any error messages, or does it simply keep spinning without allowing you to clone it? Also, could you please try clearing your cache or switching to a different browser to see if that resolves the issue?

@Maria, it just doesn't go anywhere.  And, I did cleared the chache.

It's good chatting with you again.

Cloning an item would not work and get stuck on the screen you mentioned if the new valid GTIN you are trying to add is already created in the system.

00071072009758 was set up in Item Management under your GLN a long time ago, if this is the item you are trying to add. You can update it, if needed, then link it to the new CASE.

Hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have additional questions. Please send us the GTIN if 00071072009758 is not the one you needed to create.
