Good morning,
I published an item to McLane this past Friday and the system was taking forever to even acknowledge the publication. Now, I'm trying to top the item off in McLane's Product Introduction and every time I click on something it kicks back to the log in screen. I've tried at least half a dozen times.
Can you please tell me if there is a known issue?

Hello, @A_Flower and welcome back.
Can you tell me which company and with which item you are having this issue with?
Also, if the item has any special or invalid characters it will kick you out of the item.
If that is not true, it could be caused by using an old bookmark or a browser issue. For that you may need to log into your account manually or clear your cookies and cached images before logging into Product Introduction and opening the item you are having this issue with.

May I ask how you were able to access the "add new product" when I am in the Product Intro I got no options for adding a new one..

McLane only accepts GDSN items, that is items published to them from a Data Pool. You can log into your Data Pool - which for GLN 0751884000005 is set up with us, and which you can access through Item Management - and you can publish your items to McLane from here and then top-off and submit in Product Introduction. A separate McLane subscription may be needed, please, if not already set up for your company. Thank you.

If that publication came through how can I add the product in " Product Introduction " for Mclane? or it gets automatically pulled within it after sync?

It is not necessary to withdraw your publication if you receive a FAILURE message or a REVIEW/REJECTED CIC. You can simply make the required changes and either save the item in question or republish it, depending on the situation and retailer. Regarding the item 00751884999682, I have reviewed it, and it appears that you have corrected the errors that caused the publication to fail, and you have successfully published it to McLane. However, your company currently does not have the Product Introduction McLane service, which means you will not be able to log into that portal to finalize your item and submit it.
Please ensure that either you or the person from your company who handles the contract with 1WorldSync by Syndigo contacts the Sales Representative or Account Manager to acquire the mentioned service.
