Linking an Item

Hello, 

I like to think I have tried everything to link my case to each. It keeps coming up with this error 

 

This link cannot be created as one or more of the items have already been published.

I have deleted all publications related to this item but I am having no luck. I am not sure what else to do. Please advise. Thank you so much.

I've had that issue in the past and the Community helped me to resolve it.  After deleting publications, you have to wait 25 hours before you are able to change the Hierarchies.  I am enclosing an article where this is all explained in detail.

Hello, @URuizFoods01, and thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome!

Indeed, 25 hours must pass from the moment all publications on the parent item (CASE) are deleted before being able to change the Links. This is also TRUE for the fields listed in THIS article.

You can check if the publications have been deleted using the PUBLICATIONS > Manage Publications report - filtered by GTIN and Publication Status "Delete Pending". When the publications no longer show up in a Delete Pending status, you can proceed with the changes.
