Kroger reviews

Good morning,

I currently have over 30 items in review for Kroger API and they've been there since the last part of August and the first part of Sept.

As for what I'm seeing, I've made the corrections. Can you please tell me what I'm missing to get these moved past this point? I've attached a screen shot of one of the items.

Hello, @A_Flower, it is always great to talk to you.  I hope you are doing well.  We took a look at this item (hierarchy) and see you made updates, but we do not see a Republication transaction.  When an item is in a rejected status from a recipient, your updates will not flow to them unless you first use the Republish functionality.  In IM, a formal Republish will override the rejection so subsequent updates can be communicated.

This, of course, does not mean publish again.  Here is a post we created to help with the republish action.  Can you do so at the parent level and let us know what you get back?

One more question. Am I safe to assume I will be publishing to the same Kroger API GLN? The one ending in 123?

I'm a bit confused as 1WorldSync changed some of the GLN's in some of the attributes to the one ending in 116.

Actually, I just went into the publications and republished the ones that stated rejected.

Thank you for the swift reply, @A_Flower.

I can confirm all 3 hierarchies from your screenshot have been Republished as needed to the Kroger API Certification Queue after the initial Rejections. As this is a new process and as each hierarchy and item needs to be reviews manually, this is unfortunately taking longer than previously expected sometimes. Once the items are marked as Synchronized by the Certification Queue GLN, they can be published to the Certified Items GLN for the IMFs to be assigned and this 2nd step should be quicker as the items were already previously checked.
