Kroger VIP item setup errors

In Kroger VIP, why is Allergen Type Code information needed as required field? I am trying to add a non-food item and none of the allergens apply and there is not a N/A or None option? The exact error is: 

  • KR15904 Allergen Type Code is required on base units. (00050333504430) 

I am also getting the following error codes and need help with these too.  Is there someone I can call to help figure this out?

  • KR1014 Non Promotional Item is required if Promotional Type Code is populated, Product is Pre-Priced is Yes, or if Item is Labeled with Cents off Label is Yes. Item (00050333504430)
  • KR15887 Non Promotional item is Required when Item is Labeled with Cents off Label equals TRUE or Pricing on Product equals TRUE, or Promotional Type Code equals BONUS PACK or FREE QUANTITY. Item (00050333504430)
  • KR15898 Non-Promotional Item is Required when Item is Labeled with Cents off Label equals TRUE or Product is Pre-Priced equals TRUE.

Chris,

 The Allergens doe have a None type of option and you can see it in my screenshot below

Then

We have the Non Promotional Item, this is what we need to be populated

Please try to move forward with the non promotional item

This got me past the allergen issue; thank you.  I do not understand your comment on the non-promotional item.  I tried entering the GTIN item number I am setting up here and that did not work.  I have tried a few other things to no avail.

No, there is no promotion on this item.  This is an apparel item.  I am trying to leave this blank and it will not let me proceed.

Is the item actually Prepriced? meaning we have a price affixed on the outside of the product?

We do not have to put a price on it but we always have with every other retailer.  Does Kroger not want the price listed on their products?  The price would be printed on a UPC barcode hangtag attached to each apparel item.

Hello Product Support 

I was trying to enter a case pack and I saved under the wrong Category.  I put  10887283025824 as consumer Unit Yes and Base Unit Yes ordering Unit No and Dispatch unit No.  It should have been opposite.  

I was able to edit it to correct it but prior to the Edit - I completed the section Class specification, Now I can't save it because I am getting an error message  think this is why.  Shouldn't have completed this section for the case.  Can you please help to correct the Error?

I am receiving two error messages and I am not sure what this pertains too.

  • 6202 : Violation of max or min field length ( Supplier Style#/Model#[1:15])
  • PI8235 : The errors reported at this time are hard errors that must be addressed in order for processing to continue. All other errors have been suppressed until the reported errors have been fixed. Please address these listed errors first.
