Good afternoon team!
I am encountering an error message from Kroger that I can't seem to get rid of, even after updating the requested information (please, see attached screen shots).
The information they require had already been entered for the EACH, but they are requesting it for the CASE as well. I did enter it yesterday in 1WS, but the REVIEW message is still showing up in 1WS and VIP.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @nancyVigo and thanks for continuing the use of the community.
From what I can see and what Kroger wants for the nutritional information you have most of that data added correctly. The only issue is with the total fat.
Kroger wants the total fat (fat, total) and the one I see in product introduction is the (FATNLEA) total fat by NLEA definition (triglyceride equivalents of fatty acids). You can confirm that and the values they want for the main 5 nutrients using the document we have on this subject Kroger VIP - Nutrifacts - Calories, Total Fat, Sodium, Total Carbohydrate and Protein - How to add n....
My advice would be to open the case and each since you that data added on both and enable the all populated playlist 1WorldSync Playlists Video as that will show you if the total fat you have is the correct one Kroger wants.
If you have any further questions please let me know. Thank you and have a great day.

Hello, Nancy , thanks for continuing the use of the community.
Thank you for your response to our post. The attribute codes mentioned by my colleague in the article above were not added recently. However, Kroger has accepted items with a different FAT code than the one presented. Each situation varies by item, and it is ultimately Kroger's decision whether to send back a review message requesting a specific code or to accept the item with the added code.
If you have any further questions please let me know. Thank you and have a great day.

@alien, thanks for the clarification on this issue! I have never encountered it before. Is this a new attribute required by Kroger?

@alien, @Theo and @CommunityLord_ , good afternoon!
I added the attributes requested by Kroger, but I am still seeing the CIC error message.
Would I need to fix the issue in VIP as well?
Thanks!

Hello Nancy,
Yes, please, the item also needs to be resubmitted to Kroger from Product Introduction for an update to be reflected in their systems as well.
Depending on where the nutrients were added first from, the item needs to be updated in that system only, but then resubmitted to Kroger, pleaase.
Please let us know if there is anywhing else we may assist with and we would be delighted to. Thank you!
