Item Submitted for Publication Not Seen By Receipent

I submitted a new item (Linked parent to child), got a pop up confirming successful set up for publication. It's been couple days and recipient cannot see it. Also Publication status show item is active but no cic review. What could be wrong? Any help with Shaw's submissions directions document? Thank for your help.

Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome!

All items for Albertsons, regardless of the division to which you need to send them, must be published to GLN 0321130000013 in Item Management (IM), then submitted through the Product Introduction (PI) portal. Any division-related information, such as Shaw's, will be added in PI.

For the item you referenced, please make sure that it has been published to the correct GLN in IM. Then, the Sync Status report under REPORTS can be used to check the current status of the publication; when the status changes to "In Process-Product Intro", your item will be available in PI.
