Information Provider Name

Hello, 

We recently changed our name and updated the Brand Owner Name to match. But when we do a search some of our items still show the previous/old name for Information Provider Name. Is there a way to update this or is there another attribute that we should update?

 So sorry I lost track on this one.  Looking at GTIN 00856235005019, I se you have a Brand Owner Name of International Food Solutions, Inc. and a Manufacturer Name of Asian Food Solutions.  Which of these is correct for you or are they both correct based on these attributes and their values?

Hmmm, ok, so what was the old name that you changed from and where is that noted?

From the Dashboard, click on Published Items. The item list has a column titled Information Provider Name. Some of our items have the updated name and some have the previous name.

Hello, it's good to chat with you again.  I tested a theory with your GTIN 00856235005392 which showed in the dashboard under your old name.  I changed the Effective Date to today and Saved and when I did, the new name shows.  It appears you can just modify each item to trigger the new name.
