Hello, I am trying to publish a number of items to AHOLD and no matter how I publish them, new or initial they reject almost immediately, and it doesn't give me a CIC response.
You did the right thing by republishing the item via Manage Publications in IM. That is one way to override previous publications and Rejections from your suppliers. After the Repub, it looks like they sent a CIC asking you to send an update via Refresh. This simply means changing the Effective Date for your item to today and Save. That will send a Ghost Modify (refresh) CIN message to them and hopefully, that meets their requirements. If you have any questions after they get back to you please let us know.
Here is one of them, I am seeing that it says it was rejected in 2016, could that be that it was published back then, and they didn't like it so when I try to publish now, they still won't accept it?
