Change item information for CoreMark and McLane

Hi- I submitted 2 items for CoreMark and McLane and were already approved for production. Unfortunately, we just got confirmation that the dimensions and pallet patterns for both items have changed. One item has also changed its display and carton count quantity. Since I need to update these items, I would like to know how to proceed.

Hello @Andrea_TS thanks for continuing the use of the community. Welcome back.

If the items are already published and you need to change the linked quantities, then you need to withdraw all curent publications of the items (101 Basic: Item Management - How to Delete or Withdraw Publication), then wait 25 hours (When Do I Have to Wait 25 Hours to Update My Item/Hierarchy?) and then you can update the quantities in the hierarchy to the correct ones.

The Ti and Hi can be updated withough having to withdraw the hierarchies, so withdrawing is necessary only if the linked qunatities change. 

After withdrawing and updaing the links (if needed), you can publish the items as New to both retailers again.
