In Pre-Prod we are not able to send files via AS2. It stopped yesterday around 9:30 am.

Hello @TaraDeJong . I hope your week is going well. We looked in Axway on our end and did not see any messages from you in a Failed status. We haven't received message transactions from you since yesterday at 9:19. We have made no recent changes in PP and have successful messages flowing in both directions with other AS2 connections.
Can you confirm there were no changes made on your end of the AS2 connection that would have impacted messages flowing since 9:19 yesterday? Please take a look at our connectivity guides and let us know if we need to update anything on our end for you via the 1WorldSync Connectivity Guide for Existing Connection.

This is the response I received form my technical team.
A) is anyone still monitoring the technical support E-mail?
B) Can you please provide the Pre-Prod IP address so that we can white list it?
The setup is required at 1WS side. We have sent emails to 1WS (technicalsupport@1worldsync.com) regarding the change and requested them for the QA details from their end so that we can complete the setup on our new QA server. We have not received any response from 1WS. Could you please let us know if you have a contact person from 1WS who can help us complete the QA Setup at our end. We would need their IP Address so that it can be whitelisted at our end.

Hello @TaraDeJong and thanks for reaching out. If you give me your ticket number I can take a look and talk to tech support. In the Community Library, we keep all of the documentation we used to keep in the Solution Center, including AS2 connectivity docs.
If you are looking to update an existing AS2 connection please fill out the 1WorldSync Connectivity Guide for Existing Connection and send it to tech support. If you are creating a new AS2 connection, please complete and send the 1WorldSync Connectivity Guide for New Connection.
