Images in Item Management with triangle/! and how to remove images

I need to remove some images in Item Management that say "coming soon" with a triangle and exclamation mark. First question - why is it showing a triangle/exclamation mark instead of the image itself? Next, how do I delete those images to try and reload different ones?

Hello @Caroline_Lahn and thanks for reaching out.

They can not be removed as they are not images that are sent to your trading partners, only placeholders that can be ignored. I currently see 5 images added to your product and if you'd like you can always add more, I've attached the documentation on how that is done IM Quick Sheet for Digital Asset Management (DAM). Hmmm I don't believe that is true because I downloaded the zip file of the images from the product page and I could see what was showing as those two images. Plus that IS in fact being pulled in and populated to one of my distributors websites so they are some how getting access to those images.
