Hierarchy error message

A mixed pallet has 3-components.  When linking in the hierarchy I receive the following error message:  Parent link GTIN 20049600000236 is having duplicate child links.

I needed to unpublish the parent sku 50047325000211 and try to update the hierarchy.  What does the message mean?  How do I fix it?

Hello @DawnVanWychen. Welcome to the customer community.  Thanks for reaching out. From what I can see in your item hierarchy please link Each 00049600000423  to Case 20049600000427 as they have not been linked yet,  As for the other 2 Cases (20049600000236, 20049600000199) the link already exists and you would only need to link the cases as it would otherwise see the link as a duplicate.
