Looking for guidelines on sharing the Organic certificates

We are beginning to research the effort required to share Organic Certificates.  We know that the Digital Asset Type Code = Organic Certificate.    I can't find any documentation on the naming conventions or the other attribution that is required when sharing an asset that isn't a product image.  Please provide some initial guidance.

Hello!

Welcome to the Community. When populating the Digital Asset Type Code as Organic Certificates the file naming specifics would still be the same as Product Image. I've attached below our GS1 Image Requirement and Naming document below to provide additional assistance.

Thanks!

If I am reading these correctly, we would have to change the current certificate from a pdf to a jpeg.  Then we would follow the naming conventions of an on package certification mark?  an example would be 00016000227279_L7.  Is that correct?

Thank you for reaching out to our customer community.  Welcome.

Correct on the naming:

Accepted file formats for certification images are TIFF and JPG:
