Good morning,
I am trying to make adjustments to some of my images in IM and I keep getting this message:
I am trying to take the “Image Facing” out on some of my images.
Can you please tell me why I am receiving this message? I've attached an image or the message.
I received this same error message last week on a couple of items.

Good afternoon! Thank you for reaching out to us via the 1WorldSync Customer Community. After you remove the "Image Facing", when do you receive the error? Is it when you click "Save" or "Validate"?
Through some testing, I was able to successfully remove the "Image Facing" on test images items without any errors. Can you please attempt to log out of IM, then re-launch it?

Yes, when I go to save it this pops up.
I'm not sure if it matters or not, but all the items this is happening with are flagged as a Kroger Review.

Thank you for that information! Are you simply trying to remove the Image Facing for all 4 images for that item? Does anything else change?
The Kroger REVIEW message should not affect this update.

I am only trying to remove the image facing for that particular image. It seems when I don't have the image facing on the labels (Ingredients or nutritionals) there aren't any review statuses.
For future reference, If I were to use an image facing what would be the correct one to use for labels?

Good morning! Label images for nutritionals and/or ingredients are not required by Kroger, however, if you do add them, you can choose the Image Facing as Front.
Please be sure to denote your image as "Nutrition Fact Label" or "Ingredients Label" when necessary.
