First of all, HAPPY THANKSGIVING - I am thankful for the awesome contributors in this community platform!
Second, is there a delay in processing files in IM PreProd? We sent a file yesterday via AS/2 and have not received responses back nor are the items showing up in the worklist. We sent another one this morning and again, no response.

That makes sense as I do not see anything from you when I look in Axway on our end since Nov 16. Can you double-check your XML to make sure it was valid? Have you made any changes to your AS2 connection since the 16th?

I reached out internally and apparently there was a server issue on our end. This has been resolved - thanks for your patience 🙂

Thank you, Ivanhouten. We truly appreciate your feedback. We are happy to help where we can and contributors like you will help this grow even more. As far as IM PP, we did not have any issues reported by other customers or our tech teams. I am wondering if maybe there is an issue with the connection. I took a look and the last file we received from your PP AS2 ID was on Nov 16. I see we sent a file to you as well. Can you advise the last time you tried sending a file and did your XML validate successfully?

We did receive the responses on Nov 16.
The last file we sent was Wednesday, 11/24. We did not receive any responses back indicating if the XML was successful or not.
