I've been working on this pallet for months. Our contact at a division of Kroger sent us a screenshot of our pallet in their system. It should the following:

There are 5 more entries because our pallet has a total of 6 flavors. For the pallet there are 72 EACHES and 8 CASES of each flavor for a total of 432 EACHES and 48 CASES on the pallet.

We can confirm Display 30614156079066 is successfully published to Kroger and marked as Synchronized by them:
We can also confirm we can see the entire hierarchy in our systems. Is there anything specific Kroger mentioned they would like changed, please? We can and would be delighted to assist with any required changes as long as there is something that needs updating. We also noticed the publication was submitted without a Submission Reason Code, therefore no new IMF is currently being generated. If one is needed, the Submission Reason Code should be populated, please. Thanks you.

The way it's showing up for our contact isn't working on their end. This was the email the sent me: "
When going into make our order we found this issue. The contains appear to be set up as cases. On a pallet this should be units. Our system will not bill stores correctly if this is not correct. The column showing 8 should be the number of units per item on the pallet not cases. I have included an image of what we should see if set up correctly."
I've attached both of the screenshots below so you know what he's referring to. Please let me know what we need to do to fix this.

It looks like Kroger is unable to process the hierarchy as intended because of the attribute Product Type Case on several items in the hierarchy. Without having to Withdraw the publication, you can update the Cases to Product Type - Packages, please, and resubmit the hierarchy to Kroger. Thanks.

Great! I just updated each of our cases to packages for their product type and saved it. Is there anything else I need to do or will these automatically show for our contact at Ruler Foods? I just want to make sure I get this right!
