IM Fuse and 360 Walmart mapping

Bringing this topic back since i have more details to share. 

I have attached a fuse file for an item and also the CSV that Walmart 360 sends on the same item once  it is published to walmart.  ( I will have to post the 360 file separately) Too many fields are not mapping from the 1M data to 360 and it seems incredible that all the effort of loading this into GDSN does not flow into 360.  At the end of the days the sales team has to hand key all of this in on their end?

Hello and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I had my Walmart contact take this issue to the Walmart developer team to review. The team advised that this was on the Walmart side and to request that you submit a Walmart ticket in Item 360. If you supply that number to me then I will have their group address this right away.

was there ever resolution to this?  We have Walmart telling us we aren't reporting added sugars and that will result in our items being withdrawn from ecomm.  However, we report that...it isn't flowing into 360.  Nothing ever does!!!  The blame goes back and forth.

Hi there . My sales team is opening a ticket with 360 - once i have that information we will have progress I hope with the help from this amazing IM team 🙂

ok, thanks...I found a list of the attributes mapped to 360.  For my issue, I found that it appears that only certain nutritionals are mapped?  That is the strangest thing. And for them to complain to us that the attribute isn't being reported....we have HUNDREDS of items.  So, am I supposed to go through and manually add that on every item?  Aye......sorry...just venting.

my nutritionals are not mapping from 1world....i think it is a huge miss if they implemented 360 but that the data we provide in 1world doens align with their new system

No doubt.  It is just another wal-mart database that is created because it is soooooo easy and nothing ever works.  Creating items - supposed to publish, then top off in Item 360.  None of the info never flows and I have to manually create.  Frustrating.
