I am setting up a new customer and they are saying to set them up as a DSD

I am going to be setting up a new customer and they want me to add a DSD, I have never done this before, can someone give me directions?

You have to add a dsd authorization spreadsheet for division 34 and add Intercounty vendor number

I did the training and set up the DSD with the sheet and a display sheet for GTIN 20851034008975 but this is the comment that I got

Hello @Lindam-63 and thank you for the follow-up and for continuing to use our customer community. Welcome back.

One potential issue is the cost added for division 30, which is 0.01 for both the Display and for the Each. We recommend confirming this cost with Albertsons and how it should be entered in the system to make sure it is correct. Another issue is the lowercase "n" letters added instead of uppercase in the attachment for Division 20.

I have gone in and looked at every display sheet that was attached, made sure all the pricing was right and all the "N's" were capitalized and I am still getting the message that is attached.

They never tell you which display sheet is wrong, do I need to attach a new sheet for Division 34?

We noticed there are some uploads in different formats than the Albertsons templates.

The Display Worksheet provided by Albertsons is an xls file and you can download it from here: https://www.1worldsync.com/Albertsons-New-Item-Form-For-Display-Template (clicking on the link will start the download). It may therefore not be a data issue, but just a file type issue. We recommend transferring the information to the requested Albertsons format and resubmitting your hierarchy. The DSD Worksheet format is xlsx from Albertsons as well, so that upload is fine. Thanks!
