Broker access in 1sync

Good afternoon,

I'll need to update the access for our broker going from VIP to IM.

Can you please tell me the best option for our broker in the IM Role selection?

Hello @A_Flower, it's great chatting with you again.

Item Manager could be a good option in this case. This will allow the new user to Add and Edit data as needed for your items.Trading Partner System Admin is the option that grants full Item Management access (even though it has System Admin in its name, the user is not actually an admin, but they would have all IM functionaly enabled if this is chosen). Item Manager does not grant Publication access, Trading Partner System Admin does. Thanks!
