Hello and thank you for reaching out. I looked at the hierarchy for your GTIN 10041820822004 and in both items, I do not see any product images. The Review message you see, CIC999, means it is a customized message from your trading partner, in this case, Merchants Foodservice. It appears they have an image requirement for products you publish to them. I looked in IM DAM and at the External Files links area and do not see that you provided product images yet. I recommend you add them per any requirements made by your trading partner in their Implemen station Guide or other docs they shared that discuss what they need you to publish to them. Once added, you can republish via Manage Publications and look again to see any new responses from them.
