I do not see the export data button at the top? Any reasons why this might be? Thanks

Thank you for your response. After selecting items in IM, above those results, the "export button" does not exist?(I can only see 'Clone' and 'Sales Slick' which are grayed out)Any ideas why the export icon/button is missing? Thanks
