Export Report

Just wanted to check to see if there is some type of backlog with item exports. Status shows as processing, but I have not received any of my export reports back.

Resolved it by logging out and logging back in and reran reports.

Hello and thanks for reaching out via the community.  At this time, the exports process between 5 to 10 requests at once, and after that, your request goes to a queue to be processed in the order they were requested.  As a result, there are times when you will not get immediate responses for export requests if there is high traffic at that moment.  I hope this helps and apologize for any inconvenience.  

I completely understand, but it's been hours for one one of my export requests. 15 minutes for the other. Do you have any suggestions?
