Errors not belonging to us

Good afternoon, 

I have errors showing up that are for items not belong to us.

Can you please tell me how to get rid of them?

I'm attaching a screen shot of the items.

Hello,  Thank you for reaching out to our Community. The items you included are not yours, meaning the GTIN will not have your prefix?

Correct. I don't know what or who these items belong to. I'm not understanding why they are in my "Errors" if they're not our items/GTINS.

 I will need to work through this internally, so I will create a Service Desk ticket for us to track and resolve this.
