Error message

Good morning,

I have a few messages in my recipient responses asking me to fill in the inner pack. I'm not sure what it is asking for.

The wording says: quantityOfNextLevelTradeItemWithinInnerPack - Quantity Of Next Level Trade Item Within Inner Pack must be a whole number. And then the description of the attribute states a Non-GTIN assigned inner pack. Is this just asking how many units are in a case?

I had this same issue a few weeks ago from my foodservice customers.  I was advised to omit both of those fields (they did not actually apply to my items).  When I did, the error message went away.  Hope this helps!

I ended up calling tech support and they told me to enter 1 in and it worked.
