Good afternoon team!

I am trying to clone an item and it is giving me an error message I have not seen before.  Please, see attached screen shot.

I successfully cloned the EACH.

Thanks!

Good morning, @nancyVigo! Thank you for the updates and our apologies for the issue you encountered. Glad to hear this is now sorted out. If for some reason cloning fails or only the GTIN is saved, you can export the original item as FUSE and update the GTIN in the spreadsheet. Once imported back with Operation Modify and Import item? Yes, it will copy all attributes from the template to the new GTIN.

We are here for you if anything else comes up, please. Thank you! 🙂

Hello @nancyVigo, it’s good chatting with you again.

That error message comes up when the item or Item Management encounters a temporary loading issue. If you try again a few moments or minutes later, it should work as intended. Please let us know if the issue persists please. Thank you!

@Val, I did try a few times, but have to log out until tomorrow.  I guess, I'm going to have to go through the cloning process again since it is not allowing me to save it (not even as a draft).

Have a great afternoon!

I am sorry to hear about the issues, @nancyVigo. If the item is showing up in Item Management without any data because of the failed Cloning, you can use FUSE to copy the information you wanted cloned by exporting your template for the cloning and just updating the GTIN - along with item name and any other changes - in the FUSE file and then importing the file to add the information in the cloned item instead of manually typing everything.

Hope this helps for tomorrow. Thanks!

@Val, good morning!

I understand these things can happen!  I am planning to try again this morning and will give you an update when I'm done. 😉

Have a great day! 🙂

@Val, the only thing that was saved for that item was the Gtin and image.  I was able to fill out everything else and saved it successfully. 🙂
