Hello! Is there any way to edit an Item ID once I've published ?

Hello @jsd and thank you for reaching out via our community.  If you are asking if you can change the attributes for an ID or GTIN after publishing, you can for many attributes but not all.  If you are asking if you can change the actual ID (numbers), unfortunately, you cannot.  You can clone an item to create a new one as needed.

@jsd good morning!  I have had to delete a few items myself in the past.  1WS will send you a template that you need to fill out with the requested info regarding your item, send it to them and they will begin the process.  Have a great day!
