We are setting up a shipper that has Display case GTIN , case for item with GTIN  and Item with GTIN.

The same Error keeps pooping up each time we submit.

10079694281214: CIC999:Free Form Text to be copied by Data Recipient:2802 Warning On highest Hierarchy level both Numbers of Layers per Non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet HI and Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet TI must be populated.

Each time we fix this, the same error comes back. Not sure how to fix. Can you help?

Hello @FM-Marilyn154 thank you for reaching out! Welcome! After checking the GTIN provided noticed that the information is correct on all case levels. We suggest updating the display level to show just the non-gtin values filled out instead of all and submitted again. If they are still coming back with the same review please contact "Kroger Supplier Engagement Group (SEG)" at "844 277 6165 VIP Opt 1 to double-check their side.

Thank you!

Hello @FM-Marilyn154,

Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome!

The REVIEW CIC containing this warning will remain visible in the Comments section of VIP even after you fix it because Comments was designed to record the item history in PI.

You can, however,  check if a CIC is old or new using the Sync Status Report under REPORTS, in Item Management: this will show you if the CIC date is older than the Current status date of the item.

We can confirm the data requested by the review has already been provided and this warning was not triggered after the latest update was sent from Item Management. Your next step is to top off the item in Product Introduction, Validate it and correct all errors, then submit it to Kroger. For Kroger training materials to aid with the next steps, please take a look HERE.

Hope this helps and please don't hesitate to let us know if you have additional questions!
