How do I make an update of GTIN for the already created Item?

Hello and thank you for asking this question! You can make changes to any item that you have previously add to Item Management. We need to be concerned with whether or not this item has been published? We would need to make sure the type of change you are making will not disrupt any current publications on the item.

Can you share with me if its published and what kind of change you are wishing to make?

Hey there!  Related to this topic, I am also needing to edit the GTIN for an item, but am not seeing how to do this.  I assigned the incorrect GTIN to a cloned item while working on the hierarchy.  It has not been linked, or published.

Hello @jtayBZKitchens and welcome to the Community. Once a GTIN is saved into Item Management it cannot be edited. The steps to correct this would be to clone again with the updated GTIN and then we can look at deleting the incorrect GTIN from Item Management.
