Duplicate GTIN Error

We're receiving the following errors for 2 of our items: A Duplicate Top Level GTIN already exists in the Supply Catalog. A Duplicate Top Level MPC already exists in the Supply Catalog. 

We don't see any duplicates in our catalog with these GTINs in IM. How can we fix this? The recipients are U.S. Foodservice, Gordon Food Service, and Performance Food Group

Hello and thank you for using our new community portal.  Please advise whether you are seeing this error when you validate in IM or as a CIC response message from your trading partners.

Hello, Foodie.  I hope you are well.  I took a look at Item Management under your GLN for all CIC messages with a Review status since August 1, 2020 and I do not see this particular error message.  We likely need to look at this with you on a GTIN by GTIN basis.  I will create a ticket on your behalf where we can discuss more detailed information outside of the community as it relates to your specific product content.
