Clearing Review Messages for Number of Items/Pallet

Hi - 

My items in "Review" status on my dashboard is growing (growl). In reviewing the messages, there are still quite a few for the Number of Items/Pallet.  How can I get these cleared out when the requested information is present and the records have been republished (multiple times)? For most of these with this Review message, the Last Recipient Response (CIC) State Date is in 2021.

Example GTIN:  10026700795142

Can you also help clarify what this attribute represents - I am getting conflicting responses from customers. 

Is this the total number of the lowest level item on a pallet (ti/hi 14x4 and there are 3 jugs in a case = 168).

Or does it need to be different quantities at each hierarchy level?  Case records, it's how many cases are on a pallet (ti/hi 14x4 = 56). Each records, how many eaches on a pallet (ti/hi 14x4 and there are 3 jugs in a case = 168).

@lvanhouten for your first question, can you tell me which recipients sent the Review CIC for GTIN 10026700795142

For this GTIN, it was: Challenge Dairy, Sofo Foods, C&S Wholesale, Nourish to Flourish, John Gross & Company, PrimeroEdge and Associated Wholesale Grocers (this is included on the attachment)

@lvanhouten I can see your republications in the IM GUI for this GTIN on April 3, 2023.  What I do not see are new responses from these trading partners.  Have you been in contact with any of them asking why they have not responded to your successful republication CIN message from April 3?

@CommunityJedi22  - I have not, that would of been too easy, lol. 

Some of these recipients normally do not send CIC's and it seems these were an automated validation CIC from when this attribute first became required.

Let me see if I have a contact for each recipient and try and reach out.

I received communication back from one of our customers (Nourish to Flourish) and the messages have been cleared on their end, they do not see any items in review status for Ventura Foods. Plus they mentioned this attribute is not a requirement for their publications.

They are a 1WS customer (GLN 0860206001702), can these messages be cleared on our end? There are over 100 just from this customer alone for this attribute.

Hello @lvanhouten I am still asking around for you and I do not have a definitive plan yet.  Since the last CIC they sent was a Review it would be great if they would respond to your previous update and republications with a Received or Synchronized CIC...
