Clearing Review Messages for Number of Items/Pallet

Hi - 

My items in "Review" status on my dashboard is growing (growl). In reviewing the messages, there are still quite a few for the Number of Items/Pallet.  How can I get these cleared out when the requested information is present and the records have been republished (multiple times)? For most of these with this Review message, the Last Recipient Response (CIC) State Date is in 2021.

Example GTIN:  10026700795142

We currently have this in our backlog and reviewing the best approach. Ideally recipients would send back a CIC as part of the choreography as a confirmation of the publication. GDSN is also looking at implementing warnings in the foreseeable future and want to ensure any changes we make will align there as well. More to come, but as for now it is still something product is reviewing and determining an approach.

Hi @CommunityJedi22 - following up on this.  Has there been any updates on cleaning-up/removing the auto-generated CIC's?

We currently have over 500 publications in REVIEW status with this status description:

2798 WARNING Number of Items/Pallet (numberOfItemsPerPallet) must be provided..

Hello @lvanhouten I followed up with our Product team and learned resolution for this issue for lingering CICs from recipients who do not actually send a CIC is still in our backlog.  We believe there is also some work on the GDSN side in 2024 that could help with warnings for issues like this.  Our Product team will contact you directly to discuss an idea that could help you.
