Change of pallet ti/hi? do i have to unpublish?

Hello, 

I have to change the amount of cases to a pallet, and their ti/hi. 

do i have to delete publication to the (3) customers that they were published to? I did try to just go in and save and do it, but i hear, it didn't work. I didn't republish after doing that?  So i wonder, do i have to unpublish? or do i just republish to the customers again?  See below for the area i'm speaking of.  ( This was the changed amount below..it did save and still shows it. I thought maybe it wouldn't save it?)

No, if you need to update the Ti and Hi for one of your published hierarchies, no withdrawal is needed.

Please bear in mind though that changing the NonGTIN Ti and Hi will also affect the attribute called Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity (the first one in your screenshot), as this needs to match the Ti multiplied by the Hi, otherwise the publications or updates will fail to sync with your retailers.

ooops, so i think i have to unpublish!  It didn't change for the customer?  I see it changed on my side...but, then i read the link you sent on when do i have to wait 25 hours, and i think i am included in that!  this is what they still see.  I have to change it to diff amounts...the ones above.

If you need to change the quantity of consumer units per case, then you will need to withdraw the publication first, and wait 25 hours. However, if you only need to update the NonGTIN Ti and Hi and the Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity, then this step is not necessary. 

We would appreciate it if you could provide us the GTINs of the items you are looking to update, and we will be happy to take a look at them for you.

Oooo, sorry I did delete the publications.  They are pressuring me.  I didn't know what else to do. 

I hope maybe you can still look back at the items?

Hello @jackieb, no worries, thanks for the update.

Item 00613008735463 is still actively published to 6 different GLNs. The other 2 Cases are also published currently to several retailers.

If you only need to update the Ti, Hi and Count of this specific item attributes, you can do so at any point and then publish the withdrawn publications again to the intended retailers immediately. 

If you need to update how many consumer units (Eaches) are in a Case, you will need to withdraw the current publications as well please, and then wait the 25 hours. More details about this process can be found here: When Do I Have to Wait 25 Hours to Update My Item/Hierarchy?
