CIC is Blank

What does it mean if a published item shows as Sent to subscriber, but has nothing in the CIC State?

Hello @Jezebel , after publishing, wait a couple of hours for the recipient's master subscription to run.  After that, if you get no CIC, check your worklist and/or Item History Report to see if any errors occurred that prevented your publication.

To add to this conversation, we do have multiple customers who do not send CIC's - not sure why..

OK Thanks, I have published all items over 24hrs ago. I checked the worklist and they are all showing Publication Add Completed. The recipient is Sysco and I have published many items to them previously and they always have sent CIC. Usually, it will say received until I give them a heads up. Never have I seen a blank.
