AS2 files in Pre-Prod

For GLN 0016000110007 our AS2 messages do not appear in the worklist,  Is there an issue in Pre-Prod?

No I have not heard of any issues in PP regarding AS2.  Are you still seeing issues on your end?

yes, we still are unable to pass files in Pre-prod

@TaraDeJong we took a look and do not see any transactions from you in PP AS2 since May 17.  We are opening a ticket with our tech support to investigate this further with you.

Hello, @TaraDeJong our team is updating your ticket but found the messages you are sending in PP have duplicate message IDs in the XML.  Each must be unique.  I hope this helps.
